I’m SCOTT SWANSON CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As a Creative Director, Designer + Illustrator, I have been creating and collaborating on work for kids and the kid-ish for 25 years, and have been lucky enough to create original content for some of the most well known brands in the category, leading groups from 2 to 40 in the process.

I have had a varied career in Branded Content, Product Development, Apparel + Gift, Retail Merchandising + Product Design, Kids Branded Marketing, Toy Design, Plush, Print, Book and Advertising Design, Licensing and Character + IP Development.

I live in Atlanta, Georgia with my wife Jen, our boy Jet and dog Tiger. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, and making Fun-Dumb-Stuff at itsokidoki.com. As inspiration hits, I’ll pitch a TV show or book for kids and (or) the kid-ish.

A childhood of Captain Crunch, Reese’s, Evel Knievel, Hanna-Barbera and the Smiths is where I find my inspiration.
